NUDE Glass and Tom Dixon unveil Splash, a new glassware collection inspired by the ritual of drinking

The debut collaboration between global experience brand NUDE Glass and British designer Tom Dixon

18 August 2026, London — NUDE Glass has partnered with British designer Tom Dixon to create Splash, a glassware collection that brings elevated design to everyday moments. The choreography of drinking lies at the heart of each piece - from pouring and holding to the enjoyment of liquid itself - expressed through a family of minimalist glass forms that unite architectural precision with tactile simplicity.

Bringing together Tom Dixon’s distinctive visual language with NUDE’s years of experience in contemporary glassmaking, Splash explores the ritual of drinking through sculptural yet functional forms. At the centre of the collection is a signature ripple detail at the base of each glass, a reflection of Tom Dixon’s ongoing exploration of concentric forms, reinterpreted through NUDE’s understated design philosophy. Both functional and expressive, the expanding ripple form captures the movement of liquid through the vessel while celebrating the quiet pleasure of the final sip.

The collection includes wine, cocktail, highball, and lowball glasses designed for every kind of drinking occasion, bringing clarity, atmosphere, and ritual to the table.

“Everywhere I go I see pattern. In the brick buildings of London, in the knit of the jumper I’m wearing, even in the branches of the trees.

Designing an elevated series of wine glasses, I began to look at the patterns created in water, the waves, the splashes and then of course the ripples. The concentric rings that occur when the last drop of wine is poured, when a raindrop hits a puddle and a series of concentric rings emanate from the centre - in fact the perfect structural and decorative device for a wine glass.

Not just a celebration of the water, the cocktails and the wine that will inhabit the glassware, but also an acknowledgement of the liquid state of glass during the manufacturing process where the molten glass flows, pours and ripples in a way that is reflected in the transition from stem to base.”

Tom DIXON
“With Splash, we wanted to capture the subtle beauty of drinking - the way liquid moves, settles, and disappears. Working alongside Tom Dixon allowed us to combine his distinctive design perspective with NUDE’s glassmaking expertise, resulting in a collection that feels both refined and deeply tactile.

Beyond the pieces themselves, the collection was designed to create a more sensory and experiential way of drinking, elevating everyday moments through design.”
